Cost control is an important and essential tool use for planning and monitoring organization activities and supports strategic decision while cost analysis is related to strategy formulation, budgetary process and performance management. It will help to interpret how costs behave so that necessary budgets and plan can be put to place and appropriate financial and non-financial resources can be provided to the business. This course will participant to recognize the traditional tools of cost analysis and control and then the new approaches that will be used to respond to the complex business environment
