Quality Assurance are procedures put in place to be adhered to in creating and monitoring the processes for delivering quality products and services. Quality Control on the other hand are procedures put in place for testing that finished products and services meet the required level of quality. QA/QC are complementary disciplines that make up the QMS of an organization. They make sure that the product or service delivered meets the expectations of customers.

Course Objectives:

At the end of the training, participants will be able to:

  • Identify the benefits of Quality Management System to an organization
  • Identify the QMS processes in the organization
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the quality requirement of ISO 9001:2015
  • Examine the QA/QC processes in the organization and identify where there is need for change or amendment
